What can I do to reduce stress?


People ask me this question almost every day. Unfortunately, the reality is that they will never do any of the things I can recommend because they "don't have time."


So, for all you super busy people out there, take 30 seconds to reduce your stress.

Shinrin-yoku, in Japanese, means forest bathing.
