The Book!

I put together a beginners book to help people better understand what it really means to recover from the physiological breakdown we experience from stress.

I recommend that you pair this with the workbook (shown here):

Or just do the workbook!

I hope this has value.

I really think that what we understand about stress and how to recover from it is all wrong right now.

We are currently stuck in the old model of over-doing.

We ADD things to our load to try and recover from overload. That makes no sense.

At a time when RECOVERY is the new buzz word, take a moment to understand what it really means to build resilience by supporting your bodies' ability to rebuild CAPACITY.

Please give me feedback so that I can continue to improve the content.

AND PLEASE share with others.

Thank you, as always, for your support!
